Payment Policy Methods

RRAG Interiors offers multiple online and offline payment options to make your interior purchase hassle-free.

Payment terms & Conditions

Project and order : A project refers to home design undertaking for a single home. Multiple orders can be placed for a single project (for eg., one order for modular products, a separate one for services such as civil work). Payments are processed on an order level.

Booking RRAG Interiors : You can book your interior project with RRAG Interiors by paying a booking fee which is charged at 5% of the final quote or Rs.25,000 (whichever is higher). The booking fee is adjusted against future orders. If the scope of your project increases significantly, you may be required to pay 5% for the new scope before design can begin.

Execution milestones for an order

Mentioned below are the types of orders and pre-defined execution milestones for a clear picture of your payment schedule. At the execution milestone, 40 – 50% of the work in terms of the order value, is completed. Once the order reaches this milestone, the balance 50% payment is due.
Payment terms:
5% of the final quote or Rs.20,000 (whichever is higher) on booking
50% of project value at order confirmation
100% payment within 7 days of order confirmation (manufacturing only begins post 100% payment)

Payment terms for an order

In case your booking fee is already adjusted against an order(s), the following payment terms will apply for all subsequent orders. Need to be placed at 50% payment.

Terms & Conditions

Delays in making a payment at any stage can cause a delay in the project completion. RRAG Interiors is not liable for any such delay.
In case of project cancellation after 50% payment, we are unable to refund any money as cash or through RRAG Interiors store credits.

The refund amount will be transferred to the bank account that you have provided.

Example 1 :

I’ve made the 50% payment, however, I’ve changed my mind, and would like to cancel my project.
Sorry, once the sales order is raised, RRAG Interiors cannot offer cancellation for your project. Our backend teams would already have begun the sourcing and manufacturing of your order, and thus at this point, we request you to honor the order and make the balance payment as required.

Example 2:

My project handover is due, and my team is requesting 100% payment, however, I’d like to cancel my project. What are my options?
With the work practically complete and your new house ready to welcome you, we really hope there will be no reason to cancel your project. Considering the time and effort invested in sourcing, manufacturing and installation, RRAG Interiors would not be able to offer a cancellation. We request you to kindly honor the team’s, ask and make the balance payment in a timely manner.
